Owned and operated by Jeremy Sine, this San Diego based brokerage is dedicated to serving the needs of clients in all of San Diego County – including North County, Downtown & Balboa Park, Hillcrest, University Heights, Pacific Beach, Sorrento Valley, and Point Loma.
Sine has spent the majority of the past nine years building and running a successful brokerage that has catered to the San Diego County investor. Whether it was buying investment property, listing properties, or managing properties, Sine’s brokerage was ready to help. His property management division now oversees over 300 individual units, requiring a staff of five to help him provide excellent service to his clients.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Sine earned his degree in Dispute Resolution, which he uses to this day. He volunteers as a mediator for the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) in helping resolve disputes between Section 8 tenants and local government administrators overseeing the Section 8 program.
Sine prides his brokerage on being one of great service that provides his agents the ability to optimize usage of high-levels of technology in a very cost effective manner. This naturally caused him to look at NextHome as a solution to solve those needs of his agents.
“As I looked at the NextHome franchise, I was impressed at all the technology and systems the company provides,” said Sine. “As a new franchise, I liked the idea of how NextHome was catering to the broker in providing solutions for today’s brokerage. I spoke with several other franchises, and unfortunately they were trying to fit new ideas into the old way of how they have always done things.”
“NextHome built their system from the ground up. If I were to build a franchise model to help the needs of today’s broker, I would have built it the same way NextHome did,” adds Sine.
