Pleasanton, CA— February 21, 2017 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the NextHome franchise – NextHome Lake Country. This represents the 4th NextHome office location in the state of Wisconsin.
Based out of Waukesha, the NextHome Lake Country will be owned and operated by real estate broker, Rochelle Gamauf, and will provide real estate services such as residential sales, land sales, luxury home sales, investment property sales and purchases for first time homebuyers.
The company will serve the residents of Waukesha, Delafield, Brookfield, Pewaukee and the remainder of Waukesha County.
The city of Waukesha is located 30 minutes west of Milwaukee and is home to over 70,000 residents.
Licensed since 2008, Gamauf designed her real estate business to combine innovative real estate marketing and traditional relationship building. This mixture created a world-class client service model which excelled her business to over 35 closed transactions annually.
While she knew she wanted to one day open her own brokerage, it wasn’t until mid-2016 when Gamauf seriously began the process.
“I’ve always wanted to own my own real estate company,” said Gamauf. “I truly have a passion for real estate and I wanted to work alongside other REALTORS® who felt the same.”
Gamauf needed a franchise that would back her with resources THAT would provide the tools and technology to better serve clients.
“I found out about NextHome on Inman News,” recalls Gamauf. “I evaluate things differently than most. I look for a reason to say no. The more I researched about NextHome, I couldn’t find any reason why the company wasn’t a great fit for my new brokerage.”

When not selling real estate, Gamauf spends time with her husband, Jim, and their three children – Justin (20 years old), Kyle (17), and Megan (15). The Gamuafs take in all that Wisconsin has to offer such as boating on the lake and enjoying the outdoors.
