Pleasanton, CA — December 31, 2017 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Hale Realty. The brokerage represents the third location opened in Hawaii for the NextHome franchise.
Based in Waikiki on the island of Oahu, the company will be owned and operated by real estate broker and CEO, Jennifer Vinson. Joining her on the leadership team will be the Vice President of the company, Rich Lew.
NextHome Hale Realty will provide real estate services such as single family residential sales, first-time home buyers, multi-family properties, and investment sales to the entire island of Oahu with a focus on Waikiki and Honolulu.
With a population of just under one million residents, the island of Oahu is the third largest of the Hawaiian Islands. The island is also home to the famous Diamond Head volcanic mountain range.
Originally from New York, Vinson moved to Oahu in 2003 and began her real estate career shortly after.
Starting with Century 21 Real Estate, Vinson steadily built her real estate business through personal relationships with veteran families who were relocating.
In 2008, she pivoted to help homeowners affected by the national recession. Whether it was helping homeowners modify their loan to stay in their home, assisting in short sales, or even helping resell properties for the bank through foreclosure, Vinson was the community resource for all things real estate.
Vinson attained her broker’s license in 2014 with the intention of someday opening her own brokerage. In mid-2017, that opportunity became a reality when she found the NextHome franchise.
“I was an owner and franchisee of a Curves fitness franchise and I understand the value of what a well-run franchise can do for a business,” said Vinson. “With everything NextHome provides the franchisee, there’s no doubt that our agents will be at the forefront of helping our sellers get the best service when listing with us.”
Vinson and Lew are excited about working with each other professionally for the first time. Engaged since March 2017, the couple are looking to grow the NextHome brand and add talented agents to their brokerage.
Vinson and Lew both enjoy traveling, at home and abroad. With Hawaii offering so many local cruises, they take advantage of everything the islands have to offer. Additionally, the couple will be traveling to several destinations in 2018 including Japan and Thailand.
