Pleasanton, CA— December 19, 2017 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Realty Solutions BCS. The brokerage represents the 12th location opened in Texas for the NextHome franchise.
Based in College Station, the company will be owned and operated by real estate broker, Jennifer Jennings. NextHome Realty Solutions BCS will provide real estate services such as single family residential sales, first-time home buyers, land sales, custom homes, farm & ranch listings, and new construction sales to the areas of Brazos, Burleson, Grimes and Roberson counties.
The city of College Station is located equal distance between Austin, Dallas, and Houston. The city of 120,000 residents is home to Texas A&M University. In 2006, the city was named the “most educated city in the United States” by Money Magazine.
After a career as an elementary school teacher, Jennings entered the real estate field in 2003 with Century 21 in College Station. In her first year, she was named the Top Rookie Agent in the entire Bryan-College Station area with over 25 closings.
Over the course of the next 14 years, Jennings has continued to be a top producing agent. With annual sales of more than 60 transactions, Jennings has earned the trust of her community as the go-to real estate expert. She attributes her success to understanding her strengths and weaknesses and leveraging that to give her clients the best possible service.
“Since the beginning of my career, I really didn’t focus on selling, but more on building strong relationships with my clients and helping others,” said Jennings.
In early 2017, Jennings and her husband, Charles, began exploring opening a real estate brokerage.
“I told Charles about my desire to offer more technology and services to help our clients and the idea of opening a brokerage was born,” recalls Jennings. “I knew I wasn’t the only agent that felt this way, so opening a brokerage to cater to agents that wanted more really appealed to me.”
A simple Google search of top real estate franchises introduced Jennings to NextHome.
“With our brokerage combining local real estate knowledge and service with NextHome’s national reach, tools and technology, we feel that NextHome Realty Solutions BCS will be a company giving buyers and sellers a level of trust and comfort they won’t get anywhere else,” said Jennings.
By the end of 2017, Jennings anticipates the brokerage reaching 10 agents – including Charles who will be coming on board at the beginning of 2018.
Married in July 2017, when they aren’t selling real estate, the Jennings love to travel and spend time with their four teenagers.
