Pleasanton, CA— January 26, 2018— NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Property Seekers. The brokerage represents the second location opened in Connecticut for the NextHome franchise.
Based in Wethersfield, the company will be owned and operated by real estate broker, David Cirinna. NextHome Property Seekers will provide real estate services such as single family residential sales, first-time home buyers, multi-family properties, and investment sales to the areas of Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Rocky Hill, West Hartford, Avon, Farmington, Simsbury, Hebron, and the remainder of Tolland and Hartford Counties.
As a suburb of South Hartford, the town of Wethersfield is home to just under 30,000 residents. An area of the town known as “Old Wethersfield” is Connecticut’s largest historic district, with more than 1,100 historic buildings dating as far back as the 17th century.
Cirinna started his real estate career in 2003 at an ERA Realty brokerage in West Hartford. Building a strong real estate foundation over the next five years, he relocated to Miami, Florida when his wife, Claudia, took a job at the University of Miami.
Once settled in Miami, Cirinna got his brokers license and began selling homes for one of the largest home builders in Florida – D.R. Horton. In charge of selling the newly developed communities in Homestead, FL, Cirinna oversaw new home and townhome sales for the company.
In 2012, Cirinna went out on his own and started his own real estate company – Cirinna Realty Group. In the brokerage’s first year, the company sold more than $9 million in sales volume.
After five years of living in Florida, the Cirinnas had an opportunity to move back to Connecticut and in 2015, moved to Wethersfield. Picking up sales where he left off in Florida, Cirinna continued the strong sales numbers in Connecticut, but wanted more for his company. He began looking for franchise opportunities that would enhance his brokerage.
“I started looking around for real estate franchises I could potentially partner with,” said Cirinna. “As I looked at a lot of different companies, NextHome was the one who stood out to me. I instantly fell in love with the company branding and mission statement.”
“I am one to take my time with a decision,” said Cirinna with a laugh. “But NextHome worked with me to open NextHome Property Seekers and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this fantastic company.”
When not selling real estate, Cirinna and his wife spend time with their two children – daughter, Sofia (age 10) and son, Rocco (age 7). The Cirinnas will often be found supporting Sofia’s swim meets and Rocco’s golf outings.
Please join us in congratulating David and the rest of the team at NextHome Property Seekers on the opening of their brand new NextHome office in Wethersfield, CT!
