Pleasanton, CA — April 4, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce that the franchise has launched five new NextHome franchised locations in the month of March 2018.
March kicked off with a bang as Paul Mychalowych opened his new NextHome office –NextHome City Realty in Birmingham, Michigan. As one of the top producers in the area, Paul will bring his high-volume sales business to the NextHome franchise.
Business partners Pedro Rivera and Angel Pabon launched NextHome My Way in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ten-person brokerage made the conversion to NextHome after closing over 100 transactions in 2017. The brokerage specializes in working with Spanish-speaking clients in the Metro Milwaukee area.
In mid-March, Liz Johnson and Fran Freeman opened their new NextHome office – NextHome Salty Dog Realty in Merritt Island, Florida. Specializing in coastal and second home properties, Liz and Fran will focus on selling in Cocoa Beach, Cocoa, Rockledge, Melbourne, Satellite Beach, and the remainder of Brevard County.
Oklahoma was the next stop in NextHome’s national expansion as Carolyn Little opened the doors at NextHome Simply Real Estate in Noble, OK. The second-generation REALTOR® and Broker, Carolyn brings nearly 40 years of real estate knowledge and experience to NextHome.
Finally, March ended strong with the opening of NextHome East Bay Group in Pittsburg, California. The Northern California brokerage will be owned and operated by business partners Michael Bardales and Chris Strange. The company will service all of Contra Costa, Berkeley, and Alameda Counties.
The NextHome franchise is proud to announce 25 new offices opened since the beginning of 2018.
