Pleasanton, CA — April 25, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Central Real Estate. The brokerage represents the fifth location opened in the state of Oklahoma for the NextHome franchise.
Based in Oklahoma City, the company will be owned and operated by business partners Bobby Gideon II and Jason Phillips. Their brokerage will provide real estate services such as single-family residential sales, first-time home buyers, investment, luxury, multi-family properties, and new home sales to the communities of Oklahoma City, Midwest City, Del City, Nichols Hills, The Village, Edmond, Choctaw, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Harrah, Shawnee, Arcadia, Nicoma Park, and the remainder of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area.
The Oklahoma City metro region is home to nearly 1.4 million residents.
Jason and Bobby have been friends since the second grade, so their business partnership has been an easy transition. After high school, Jason received his MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, while Bobby attended the University of Oklahoma with a focus on Administrative Leadership.
After college, both men worked in commercial real estate building with local companies BNC Construction and Stooc Builders. In 2011, the partners went out on their own and started their own construction management company, The Phido Group.
Bobby was responsible for the daily operations of all projects. This included acquiring resources and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure successful completion that is within budget and time constraints.
Jason handled all aspects of the financial management for The Phido Group. He was deeply involved with each project from conception to completion, working closely with owners and his team members in determining project feasibility, scheduling, and quality control. Jason also provided insight into current and future projects based on his in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry.
In mid-2017, Bobby and Jason looked to build their real estate sales portfolio and found NextHome to be a perfect partnership in furthering the technology and services their brokerage could offer clients.
“Since starting our brokerage as NextHome Central Real Estate at the beginning of 2018, we have been the busiest we have ever been,” said Jason. “The NextHome tools we can now offer our clients are unlike anything our community has ever seen.”
“We have to credit (NextHome’s VP of Sales) Charis Moreno for showing us what the franchise had to offer,” added Bobby. “When we went to California to meet the corporate team and complete training, everything Charis told us about the company was true – and then some. We are so happy to be a part of this incredible company.”

When not selling real estate, Bobby and Jason are all about family.
Jason has been married for five years to his wife Natalie. She’s the co-owner/hair stylist at Cut Loose Hair Design. The couple love food and trying new restaurants. Jason jokes that “their parents hound them daily to give them grandkids.”
Bobby married his college sweetheart, Emily, and they had their first child (Eleanor) 8 months ago. Emily has a Master’s Degree in Education and is a member of the leadership team at Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center. They enjoy the outdoors and look for any excuse to be outside.
