Pleasanton, CA — May 2, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce that the franchise has launched seven new NextHome franchised locations in the month of April 2018.
NextHome started off the month with the opening of NextHome Victors in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Business partners Kelly Boyd and DJ Kaufman bring a fresh and new vision to the Ann Arbor real estate market. Their world class service combined with the NextHome tools will provide locals with an alternative to the traditional real estate brokerage.
Real estate broker Anyiesa “AJ” Johnson launched her brokerage – NextHome Overflow Realty Group in Pineville, North Carolina. The company will provide real estate services to North Carolina communities of Union, Gaston, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. The brokerage will also service areas on the South Carolina side in York and Lancaster counties.
NextHome opened the first franchise location in Chico when Jacob Darr and Casey Smyth launched their brokerage – NextHome North Valley Realty. The business partners and longtime friends are two of the top producing REALTORS® in the Chico area.
Two franchise owners expanded in to their second locations – Owen Freiburger of NextHome Pro Realty opened his second location in Lawrence, Kansas. The NextHome Pro Realty – Lawrence Branch is located in the heart of Lawrence, where the University of Kansas calls home.
Kent Swenson opened his second location as well. Launching NextHome Horizons – Staples Branch in Staples, Minnesota. With this second location, Kent continues his expansion throughout the state with NextHome Horizon offices.
NextHome was thrilled to announce the addition of one of the top real estate teams in the entire state of Nevada – The Pete Torsiello Group. Business partners Pete Torsiello and Michael Johnson opened NextHome Community Real Estate located in Las Vegas, NV. With annual sales that often exceed $40 million, the company will continue to be a powerhouse in the Vegas market.
Oklahoma was the final stop in NextHome’s national expansion as Bobby Gideon III and Jason Phillips opened the doors of NextHome Central Real Estate in Oklahoma City, OK. The business partners are experienced builders and will be bringing a tech-heavy focus to marketing listings in the Oklahoma City region.
