Pleasanton, CA — May 16, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Select Realty. This is the third NextHome office opened in the state of Illinois.
Based out of New Lenox, the brokerage is owned and operated by top-producing real estate broker and REALTOR®, Dave Faxel.
NextHome Select Realty is dedicated to serving the needs of clients in the south suburbs of Chicago including Will, Cook, and DuPage counties.
New Lenox is a village on the outskirts of the city of Chicago. It is home to nearly 25,000 residents. In 2010, New Lenox was voted as the “Ninth Most Safe Community” in the United States by the World Health Organization and the National Safety Council.
Dave started his real estate sales career in 2006 as a member of a local real estate company, dreamtown realty in Chicago.
When he moved to Lockport, IL in 2010, Dave started working with Keller Williams Preferred Realty. It was there where he began selling between 20-25 transactions annually. In 2014, Dave moved to HomeSmart Realty Group in Orland Park, IL and continued his strong sales. Over the course of six years, he sold more than 130 homes.
Building a strong foundation for his business, Dave wanted to open his own brokerage in 2017. Looking at all options, he researched various franchises before settling on NextHome.
“I found NextHome through information that I found on Inman News,” recalled Dave. “Everything I saw about the company really impressed me. It’s been a great partnership thus far.”
Dave says NextHome Select Realty will focus on a great customer experience.
“Our concentration will be caring for the clients,” said Dave. “I’m very happy to be a NextHome office. Our brokerage’s vision for real estate aligns with the NextHome way.”
When not selling real estate, Dave spends as much time with his family as possible. He and his wife of ten years, Erin, have three children – daughters Addison (age 9) and Taylor (6) and son David (3). The Faxels are huge Chicago Cubs fans and love spending time at their vacation property in Michigan.
