Pleasanton, CA — November 13, 2018 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Providence. The brokerage represents the 16th location opened in the state of North Carolina for the NextHome franchise.
Based in Matthews, NextHome Providence will be owned by broker/owner Cindy DePaola and her husband, Dominick. As the Broker in Charge, Cindy will focus on running the day-to-day operations and the sales division, while Dom will handle all back-office operations, accounting, and recruiting new talent for the company.
The brokerage will provide real estate services such as single-family residential sales, first-time home buyers, townhomes, relocation, rehab and resale property listings, investment sales, luxury purchase and sales, and land sales for buyers and sellers for the cities of Matthews, Weddington, Waxhaw, Indian Trail, Monroe, Wingate, Marvin, and the remainder of the greater Charlotte area.
A suburb of Charlotte, the town of Matthews is home to nearly 30,000 residents.
Licensed in real estate since 2007, Cindy started as a REALTOR® in the state of Florida with Premier Group GMAC. When the DePaola family relocated to North Carolina for Dom’s job with Time Warner (now known as Charter), Cindy got her North Carolina real estate license in 2016 and worked for Keller Williams Union County.
Cindy built a very strong individual business, but Dom encouraged her to open their own franchised brokerage. Initially reluctant and not wanting to overextend herself and jeopardize her service level with her clients, Dom showed her NextHome and asked her opinion about what she thought.
“Dom found NextHome in early 2018 and the franchise really wowed me,” said Cindy. “I told him I really loved what the company could offer us if we owned our own franchised location.”
“I should have known better because Dom said to me, ‘I’m glad you like it because I signed an agreement for us as a NextHome franchisee!’” she added with a laugh.
Cindy and Dom really loved the unique branding and how easy the company was to integrate all technology into their existing business.
Cindy says the NextHome Providence difference will be the top-notch marketing NextHome agents will be able to offer their clients.
“The highly visible branding is so different than what is already out there in the real estate space and we definitely stand out versus our competitors,” said Cindy.
When not selling real estate, Cindy and Dom have a passion for volunteering. They volunteer for PTA, as well as local non-profit organizations such as Schools Out Lunch, where backpacks full of food are given out weekly to local families in need.
Dom and Cindy have been married for 18 years and are constantly trying to get their sixteen-year-old son, Dom III, to spend time with his parents.
Please join us in congratulating Cindy, Dom and the rest of the team at NextHome Providence on the opening of their new NextHome office in Matthews, NC!
