Pleasanton, CA — June 10, 2019 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Northstar Properties. The new brokerage is the 57th NextHome franchise location opened in the state of Florida.
The company will be owned and operated by top-producing REALTOR® Paul Stennett. The 11-year real estate veteran will lead the Goldenrod-based NextHome Northstar Properties. As a virtual office, the brokerage’s agents will provide real estate services throughout the state of Florida, including Winter Park, Goldenrod, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Port St. Lucie.
The brokerage will provide various real estate services such as working with first-time homebuyers, investment properties, vacation and second homes, condos, and multi-family properties.
As a graduate of the University of Central Florida and a holder of a Master’s Degree, Paul’s commitment to education shines through in everything he does. Before real estate, Paul taught elementary and middle school students.
This high education standard is reflected in his expectations of his agents and their commitment to staying on top of their knowledge in the real estate field. This expectation has set NextHome Northstar Properties agents apart from the competition.
Paul started his real estate career in 2008 with a local Century 21 office before making a move to (current NextHome Z House Realty’s owner) Janice Zeisig’s office. Working with Janice was a very beneficial experience and shaped Paul to be ready to go out on his own in 2013.
That year, Paul opened AmCar Realty Group – a play on the words “American” and “Caribbean.”
Along with traditional buyers and sellers throughout Florida, the brokerage partnered working with the national real estate purchaser Invitation Homes and grew the business to close more than 100 transactions a year.
Paul handled most of the brokerage business and resisted the temptation of growing the company with lots of agents. This changed in 2018 when he made a conscious decision to grow and help agents personally and professionally.
“I got the chance to get to know NextHome and the people behind the brand – specifically (NextHome’s VP of Sales) Charis Moreno,” said Paul. “I was thoroughly impressed and really enjoyed the fact she was so informative, but not pushy in any way.”
“Being a part of the NextHome franchise has allowed me to have the power of a national company that encourages me to run my brokerage the way I want,” he added. “Our agents are now able to provide clients a level of service they never had before.”
Outside of selling real estate, Paul spends time with his wife of 19 years Tanisha, who teaches kindergarten. Paul lives and promotes a healthy lifestyle. He runs 10 miles several times a week and adheres to a vegetarian-based diet. He is also a self-proclaimed “Star Wars fanatic.”
