Please join us in congratulating our NextHomie of the Month for December 2019, Carlos Rios, the energetic, motivational, and hardworking agent from NextHome My Way in Milwaukee, WI. Congratulations, Carlos!
Carlos has been a NextHomie for over a year now, and made sure to do his research before joining. He interviewed at other companies before concluding that NextHome was the perfect fit for his career goals, and the fact that his brother is the owner of NextHome My Way helped as well.
“The energy is contagious! Along with that, the corporate staff is integrated and there for us. There is no hierarchy, we are all team players,” said Carlos on why he chose NextHome. “I am always looking for a way to help a NextHomie out and so are they.”
Carlos’s success in real estate can be traced to his disciplined work ethic rooted in his athleticism. Prior to real estate, Carlis was a Golden Glove boxer, a member of the Puerto Rico diving team, a competitive cheerleader in college, studied martial arts, and last but not least – a professional skateboarder.
When asked what he enjoys most about being a REALTOR®, Carlos’s answer is commonly a least-favorite task of the job.
“I enjoy making the calls,” Carlos said. “I like the opportunity to take what is an uncomfortable situation for most and turn it around to a warm and positive experience.”
Outside of real estate, Carlos is making a difference in his local community. His goal is to provide high school graduates with professional attire to prepare themselves for success after graduation. If you’ve met Carlos or follow him on social media, you’d recognize his approach that if you feel good, you’ll do good.
We’re thankful to have NextHomies like Carlos in the NextHome family. His energy and motivation to help people rightfully earned him the December 2019 NextHomie of the Month recognition, congratulations Carlos!
