The brokerage represents the 20th office location opened in Michigan for the NextHome franchise and the 513th NextHome office opened nationally.
Located just 25 minutes north of Lansing, NextHome Property Mart will provide quality service for buyers and sellers in St. Johns, Lansing, Ovid, Elsie and the remainder of Clinton County.
Under the ownership of people-first REALTOR® Rachael Brown, NextHome Property Mart can skillfully serve all types of residential clients. Rachael is especially experienced in helping families from diverse international backgrounds, including multi-generational families who want to remain in the same area.
Rachael was licensed in 2011 and six months later became the owner of her own brokerage – Dream Homes Realty. Alongside a broker of record, Rachael was able to use her keen eye for home design to help clients find their dream home. In 2013, Rachael’s husband Matthew also obtained his real estate license and together they built a quality brokerage with seven professionally minded agents. As the years went on, they also built a reputation for quality service.
“We truly value our clients and work tirelessly to provide them the best possible experience,” Rachael said.
Then, in 2019, Rachael and Matthew had the opportunity to purchase an existing real estate brokerage. As they considered how to move forward, they knew that partnering with NextHome was the right direction to take their company.
“We love the freshness of NextHome,” Rachael said. “There was an impressive energy that we felt when reaching out and talking to the people at NextHome corporate.”
With NextHome, Rachael also found the ability to bring her goals and vision to life.
“I’m a visual person and with NextHome I could visualize what I was getting and how I could be effective with what they offered,” Rachael said.
Today, Rachael is using NextHome’s vision, tools, and marketing to bring next-level service to her market area.
“Our goal is to be able to grow and introduce the NextHome difference to a broader area,” Rachael said. “We are thrilled to be able to work with new agent tallent and help them achieve their goals.”
When she isn’t building her business, Rachael is the busy mother of seven children: Madison (24), James (22), Ben (18), Abby (15), Anton (11), Brycen (8), and Christine (7). Together, the family enjoys going to the movies and visiting the local trampoline park.
