Pleasanton, CA — April 15, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Discovered, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The brokerage represents the 9th office location opened in Nevada for the NextHome franchise and the 559th NextHome office opened nationally.
NextHome Discovered will serve clients across southern Nevada including Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Indian Springs, Summerlin, and the remainder of Clark County.
The brokerage is owned by a trio of Las Vegas locals who bring extensive construction and real estate experience to the new venture. Darryl Chinn, Alfredo Ortega Hernandez, and John Poon have each worked in the Las Vegas area construction and real estate industry for many years. Darryl will assume the role of broker in charge for NextHome Discovered.
Prior to opening their own brokerage, John and Alfredo owned and operated Pyramid Group LV LLC. The company provided honest, quality construction services to the Las Vegas area. The duo connected with Darryl, who was a REALTOR®, through their construction company.
As the trio looked to expand their business opportunities, they discovered NextHome.
“John and I bounced business ideas off each other for a long time,” Darryl said. “I’ve been immersed in real estate for a few years and with Darryl and Alfredo’s ideas and initiative, I knew a NextHome franchise would be a successful partnership. The three of us are familiar with each other’s work ethics. We are excited to come together and make NextHome Discovered successful.”
As they grow their brokerage, Darryl is looking for friendly agents who enjoy providing great customer service.
