Pleasanton, CA — June 2, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Family 1st Realty, based in Kissimmee, Florida. The brokerage represents the 85th office location opened in Florida for the NextHome franchise and the 578th NextHome office opened nationally.
Located just south of Orlando, NextHome Family 1st Realty will serve clients throughout St. Cloud, Celebration, Poinciana, South Orlando, Lake Nona, Winter Gardens, and the remainder of Osceola and Orange counties.
The brokerage is owned by Yari Villarrubia, who brings broad real estate industry experience to her new venture.
Before becoming a licensed sales agent, Yari operated a property preservation business, working with National Property Preservation Companies as a vendor. Throughout her time in that industry, she worked closely with several REO brokers who encouraged her to get her real estate license.
In 2013, Yari obtained her sales license and joined a local boutique brokerage. Throughout the years, Yari’s sales expertise grew as she worked with various small independent brokerages.
In 2017, she joined Offerpad, an iBuyer that purchases homes for cash in an effort to streamline and expedite the selling process. While there, Yari held various roles within the company. Yari gained experience as a listing consultant, Acquisition project manager, home marketing consultant, as well as working the new construction area as a Homebuilder Partnership Manager for Florida.
As the world evolved in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, family dynamics prompted Yari to reassess her professional and family legacy. She knew it would soon be the right time to build her own brokerage.
Yari initially heard about NextHome through another agent.
“She was so enthusiastic about the company,” Yari recalled. “That level of excitement and praise coming from an agent was so unique, I knew I needed to look into NextHome. Once I started doing the research, I fell in love with the brand, and everyone from the corporate leadership to the agent was so friendly!”
Yari soon discovered why everyone at NextHome loved their company.

Today, Yari is leading NextHome Family 1st Realty into the future with that consumer-centric approach.

When she isn’t helping other families, Yari enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony, and their five daughters: Genesis (13), Angelique (11), Julianis (9), and twins Sofia and Sarah (4).
