Pleasanton, CA — August 26, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Masters, based in Arcadia, California. The brokerage represents the 496th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 527 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Masters will serve clients across the San Gabriel Valley including Pasadena, Arcadia, Temple City, Alhambra, Glendale, Glendora, and parts of the Inland Empire.
The brokerage is owned by Henry Moranchel, a longtime mortgage industry expert with a passion for improving the quality of service clients receive in his area.
Henry first obtained his real estate license in 1998 after spending several years working as an assistant in a nationally franchised real estate office.
After four years of selling with RE/MAX Classic, Henry opened his own independent brokerage – West Coast Realty. There, Henry discovered a passion for the lending side of real estate and he spent many years providing excellent customer service as a mortgage lender.
Through the years, Henry saw a wide range of contracts come across his table. Increasingly, he began to feel that many of these clients were not getting a good deal.
“I would see all kinds of things that made me think that real estate agents could do better,” Henry said. “I just want to make sure that there are high-quality agents available to San Gabriel Valley clients.”
Henry had a quality team of four agents, but knew that he needed the backing of a franchise to elevate the industry around him.
That’s when Henry started looking into NextHome.
“For me, NextHome had a bit of everything that I wanted,” Henry said. “I look for value, and NextHome had the best value for the agents as well as for the brokers.”
Part of that value lies in industry-leading tools and technology that Henry is excited to provide to his agents and clients.
“The online tools have been huge,” Henry said. “It’s wonderful that NextHome provides this support that we can in turn offer to our clients. I really like the clear advertising and guidelines so everything looks sharp, clean, and professional. When looking for a brokerage, I was looking for a great structure so that I could, in turn, provide that solid structure for agents who are working with our clients.”
Henry holds both a bachelors and master’s degrees in coaching and education, making quality training a high priority for him.
“If we can train and teach agents and really help them grow with all that NextHome offers, we will have something truly special here,” Henry said.
Henry has been married to his wife Allison since 2014 and he is the father of five children: Tristen (23), Karina (22), Tyler (21), Ellie (18), and Troy (17). When the family gets together, they enjoy playing sports and going to the lake.
Henry is a dedicated volunteer for youth sports and has worked with the American Youth Soccer Organization, Association of Young Americans, and little league baseball.
