Pleasanton, CA — October 29, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Star Realty, based in Marinette, Wisconsin. The brokerage represents the 521st office to join the NextHome franchise out of 547th active office locations across the country.
Located on Wisconsin’s Northeastern border, NextHome Star Realty offers excellent home buying experiences for clients in both Wisconsin and Michigan. The brokerage will serve clients in Marinette, Oconto, and Brown counties in Wisconsin as well as Menominee and Delta counties in Michigan.
NextHome Star Realty is owned by high-producing REALTOR® Starcha Sporrer. Starcha has spent her career putting humans over houses, a trait that has earned her the business of hundreds of clients.
“Seeing my clients be successful is what drives me – they are what make me get out there to do more for people every day,” Starcha said.
Starcha first obtained her real estate license in 2013 at the age of 23, joining Place Perfect Realty. Just three years later, she was selling at a remarkable level. Her hard work on behalf of her clients earned Starcha the Tom Ferry America’s Best REALTORS® award every year from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, she closed more than 80 transactions, growing that number to a remarkable 100 transactions in 2019, and another 100 in 2020, all while working independently.
“I work really hard to make sure my clients are really happy while I am achieving those numbers,” Starcha said.
All the while, Starcha was spearheading much of her own advertising. This ability to successfully manage many different tasks led Starcha to realize that she could be quite successful as a small business owner. As she began researching real estate franchises, Starcha was looking for both a client-centered philosophy and excellent technology.
“I knew right away that technology is a big part of this business,” Starcha said. “It is going to be a big part of my company, so I needed a franchise that was going to be on the cutting edge, and one that would also offer exceptional training on new offerings as technology evolves in our industry. I was very impressed with what NextHome offered.”

“My vision for my business from the very beginning has always been putting humans over houses,” Starcha said. “The reason I got into real estate, and the reason I stay in real estate, is because I want to help people. During one of the biggest transactions of their life, I want clients to feel comfortable and I want them to know that they have someone in their corner.”
Starcha’s desire to help others extends into her community as well. Each Christmas, she helps the local St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marinette collect toys for children. She also contributes to the town’s Giving Tree, where locals sponsor a child’s Christmas wish list. As an active member of the Marinette County Board of REALTORS®, Starcha also volunteers as a Salvation Army Bell ringer every year in addition to helping with the board’s coat and hat drives. She is also a member of 100 Women Giving Back Northwoods, a charity group that gives back directly to the Marinette community.
Starcha and her husband Brian are the proud parents of four children; Nivaya, Brian Jr., Everett, and Genevieve.
Starcha is a vocal advocate for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. When Genevieve was born, she needed emergency surgery in Milwaukee – almost three hours away. Starcha was able to stay at a Ronald McDonald House while her baby was in the NICU, and she has been thankful for that opportunity ever since.
