NextHome Platinum Elite is owned by seasoned New Jersey REALTOR® and small business owner, Derek Lizo. Derek has been a part of Jersey City real estate for 21 years, working with nationally franchised brands. In 2019, he launched D-Lizo Realty Group where he led an office of four agents.
In addition to his real estate experience, Derek is a longtime small business owner and entrepreneur. For more than 14 years, Derek has owned H&R BLOCK franchise which serves thousands of clients per year. Derek is also an IRS-Enrolled Agent, admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He specialize in Tax Resolution, Personal and Business Taxes , also, payroll and bookkeeping.
As he looked to the future, Derek wanted to combine his business leadership skills and love of real estate into his own franchised brokerage.
