Pleasanton, CA — November 17, 2021 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Team-System, based in Arroyo Grande, California. The brokerage represents the 517th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 551 active office locations across the country.
Located on the Central Coast of California, NextHome Team-System will serve clients across San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, The Five Cities, and the remainder of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. The brokerage provides exceptional service for all types of residential clients, but agents are especially well-versed in the needs of first-time homebuyers and the 55-plus community.
NextHome Team-System is owned by Reginald D. Johnson. Reginald spent more than three decades in the finance industry before obtaining his real estate sales license in 2019. Reginald says this shift in his career path was driven by a desire to elevate the service level in his area.
“After my own experiences buying property, I saw ways that I could improve the purchase experience and offer an additional service level,” Reginald said.
Reginald’s business philosophy is also driven in large part by his years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
“The Marine’s extremely effective leadership and managerial style taught me that a high-functioning team can accomplish far more than any individual can,” Reginald said. “When you combine high-functioning teams with a great system, it creates solutions.”
He had managerial experience, but Reginald needed an industry-leading system. That’s when he discovered NextHome.
“I felt that most of the big brokerages were looking to the past, while NextHome has its eye on adapting to a shifting market,” Reginald said. “I was really impressed with NextHome’s technology platform and marketing. I’ve been very pleased with every person I’ve spoken with.”
