Pleasanton, CA — December 28, 2021 — NextHome is proud to announce the expansion of NextHome Golden Isles in Savannah, Georgia. The brokerage represents the 542nd office in the NextHome franchise out of 555 active office locations across the country.

NextHome Golden Isles (Savannah) will provide real estate services such as single-family residential sales, first-time home buyers, second homes, investment, luxury, veteran and military relocation, and land deals for clients across the Savannah metropolitan area.

NextHome Golden Isles (Savannah) builds on the success of owners Sylvia and Adam Myers’s two other NextHome franchised offices in Warner Robins (opened August 2018) and Brunswick (opened December 2018).

“We have increased our business in the Savannah area ten-fold,” Sylvia said. “This office represents a natural evolution for exceptional real estate service that we are already providing.”

NextHome Golden Isles has three agents with deep ties to the Savannah market, and who have already introduced many Savannah-area clients to the NextHome difference.

“I’ve had a lot of experience in the real estate industry, and no one holds a candle to what NextHome provides,” Sylvia said. “This is the best-kept secret in Savannah, and we are excited to now officially announce this expansion.”

Sylvia graduated Valedictorian of Middle Georgia State University and holds advanced degrees in business and information technology. Today, she serves as a spokesperson for the University in recruitment of non-traditional students.

Licensed since 1997, Sylvia has been a longtime top-producing REALTOR® in Georgia. She started with RE/MAX after leaving a career as a licensed paralegal and law clerk. In her first full year in real estate, she sold nearly $3 million in volume in an area where the average sales price at that time was $120,000.

In 2000, she opened Hometown Realty and embraced the role of broker/owner. In 2001 she opened her first national franchised office Assist-2-Sell. After building up a successful brokerage, she sold the company a few years later and moved to EXIT Realty in 2012 where she served as the sales manager for the brokerage in residential and commercial.

In 2017, Sylvia opened her own company again, 180 Home Realty, before franchising with NextHome a few months later.

Sylvia met Adam in 2004 and the couple married in 2014. Adam is also a graduate of Middle Georgia State University and holds multiple degrees in psychology, public service, and information technology.

Adam is also the owner/operator of 180 Home Construction, and that partnership has provided unique value to NextHome Golden Isles clients throughout the years. Managing 20 to 30 rehab construction projects a year, Adam’s vast experience in construction is a huge asset to the brokerage.

Many happy NextHome Golden Isles clients have reaped the benefits of Adam’s expertise when they needed rehab work done on their properties prior to listing.

Since opening NextHome brokerages in Warner Robins and Brunswick, the Myers have elevated the service level in their market. That unparalleled service level – no matter the price point – is something they pride themselves on and plan to continue in Savannah.

“Every listing, regardless of the price, gets a virtual walkthrough, they get the drone video, they get industry-leading marketing, they get it all,” Sylvia said. “Our clients deserve the best, and it doesn’t matter if they are selling a $30,000 home or a multi-million-dollar property. They will get the full complement of services every single time.”

Sylvia is a Georgia Association Realtors IT Committee member, Certified NAR trainer, and holds the C2EX Designation with NAR.

Sylvia and Adam are committed to helping their community. They have participated in several Habitat for Humanity home builds and are active within their church. They are also the owners of a small hobby farm, which was recently featured on National Geographic’s Critter Fixers. The Myers’s chickens, ducks, goats, turkeys, and peacocks can be seen on the upcoming season three of the Disney show.

Sylvia has written multiple short stories and has been a published author with several stories syndicated nationally since 1991 having first self-published a book when she was a child. She even wrote her high school song at the age of 16 which is still being used today. Sylvia is also the author of several popular children’s books including “Ellowyn Noel O’Wyn: A Mostly Merry Menagerie,” “Ellowyn Noel O’Wyn: Just Strolling Down The Street,” and “Ellowyn Noel O’Wyn, Something is Wrong With Mommy.” All her books are available in major bookstores, Amazon, Books A Million, Barnes & Noble, and more.

Please join us in congratulating Sylvia, Adam, and the entire team at NextHome Golden Isles on their expansion in Savannah, Georgia!
