Pleasanton, CA — January 13, 2022 — NextHome is proud to announce the opening of NextHome Supreme Realty in Bellmore, New York. The brokerage represents the 549th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 568 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Supreme Realty will serve clients across Long Island, including Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens counties.
The brokerage is owned by Stacy Leonidas who will oversee the office’s day-to-day operations and will serve as NextHome Supreme Realty’s broker of record.
Stacy began her real estate career in 2011 with Century 21. Five years later, she transitioned to a local Exit Realty Franchise where she remained for another five years.
Throughout her career, Stacy developed a reputation for client-centered service, which helped her achieve remarkable sales numbers. However, Stacy says that her greatest professional pride comes from helping clients in difficult situations.
“What I’m most proud of is helping clients who unfortunately need to sell for personal reasons that aren’t very positive: divorce, avoiding foreclosure, or seniors needing to downsize, for example,” Stacy said. “It is so rewarding helping people get through adversity and having them feel at the end of the transaction that buying or selling was, in fact, a better experience than they anticipated. I don’t want to impress people with how many houses I sell. Rather, I want to be known as a REALTOR@ who treats her clients like a person and not just another number.”
In addition to helping clients, Stacy also wanted to use her years of experience to help REALTORS® achieve their highest potential.
“Becoming a brokerage owner was an accomplishment that I wanted to achieve for myself, my children, and my husband,” Stacy said. “I want to mentor agents and show others that you can accomplish great things.”
As she searched online for the right franchise fit, Stacy stumbled across Luke, NextHome’s French Bulldog mascot.
“I also have a French Bulldog who is my fur baby and my life,” Stacy said. “All of my friends laughed when they learned about NextHome and its perfect mascot. It was a sign!”
As she looked deeper, Stacy discovered that NextHome offered several unique benefits.
“NextHome was a great fit because of the people and the collaborative culture it embraces,” Stacy said. “NextHome’s corporate staff have answered my questions before they ever knew I was going to ask it. Everyone has been phenomenal.”
Stacy also was impressed that NextHome offered a company culture that centered around shared success.
“NextHome is not putting us in competition with each other, or other offices,” Stacy said. “I loved that our reputation is based on all of us together thriving, not one office being better than another. I would be happy if I lost a client to another NextHome brokerage, because I would know that client will continue to get great service. The non-competitive atmosphere was really appealing to me.”
Today, NextHome Supreme Realty is providing buyers and sellers a comfortable environment where they can feel free to ask questions and get answers.
“My office will be a family community environment,” Stacy said. “Feel free to come by here. Ask me anything you want. Talk to me. Ask me how the market is looking. It doesn’t matter if you end up choosing me as your REALTOR® or not, I will always give an answer. I want people to be completely comfortable coming in.”
Stacy hopes to bolster this friendly environment with compassionate, diligent, and knowledgeable agents who put humans over houses.

Outside the office, Stacy is looking forward to supporting Canine Companions through NextHome’s partnership with the organization. She is also a proud supporter of the John Theisen Foundation, an organization that collects toys for children who are battling cancer.
Stacy and her husband Tim are the proud parents of four children: Justin, Brian, Nicholas, and Samantha.
