Pleasanton, CA — March 4, 2022 — NextHome is proud to announce the expansion of NextHome Metro Real Estate Services with its new office in Anoka, Minnesota. This is the second office location for broker/owner Francine Marsolek, and represents the 548th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 573 active office locations across the country.
“We can’t wait to share the NextHome difference with additional clients in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area,” Francine said.
Demi Corriveau will assume the role of office manager for the NextHome Metro Real Estate Services Anoka office.
The Anoka office is positioned to provide exceptional service to clients in the Western and NorthWestern Twin Cities suburbs. The expansion builds on the success of Francine’s flagship office location in Lino Lakes, just 25 minutes to the east.
“Ultimately, I would love to expand enough to help clients throughout the entire metro area,” Francine said. “I want NextHome to be a go-to name in Minneapolis/St. Paul because I love the company and what it offers so much. I believe our consumer-centric model is what is currently missing in our market, and we’re happy to provide those services.”
Francine began her career in 2003 with a small independent brokerage. She soon transitioned to a real estate company where she built a successful career for the next six years. Then, in 2011, Francine opened her own independent brokerage – North Metro REO.
“My business was growing by leaps and bounds and I realized that it was a great time to use my skills as an independent business owner,” Francine said.
At the time, the foreclosure market had a wealth of inventory and Francine became well-versed in REO transactions.
However, as the market continued to evolve, so did Francine. In 2017, she rebranded her company, changing its name to Metro Real Estate Services.
At the business’s high point, Francine had five agents working for her and, on her own, she was closing about 20 transactions per year.
As the business grew, Francine knew she needed to keep up with evolving technology and branding needs. As she considered how to scale up her company, Francine discovered NextHome.
After learning about the exceptional value available through NextHome’s suite of tools and technology, Francine opened NextHome Metro Real Estate Services in Lino Lakes in January 2020.
Today, NextHome Metro Real Estate Services continues to deliver NextHome’s “humans over houses” commitment to clients.
Family is incredibly important to Francine and when she isn’t growing her business, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five children.
Francine and Brent Marsolek have been married for 19 years and are the proud parents of George (32), William (29), Trista (26), Frank (24), and DiMaggio (19) and enjoy being in-laws to George’s wife Laura. Francine also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Francine and Brent are avid curlers and play at the town’s Friday Fun League. They are also Minnesota Twins baseball fans and love to spend time at the region’s many lakes.
