Pleasanton, CA — May 19, 2022 — NextHome is proud to announce the opening of NextHome Premier Realty in Libby, Montana. The brokerage represents the 556th office to join the NextHome franchise out of 584 active office locations across the country.
The brokerage will serve a broad section of Northwest Montana including Libby, Troy, Eureka, and the remainder of Lincoln and Sanders counties.
With a population of just under 3,000 people, Libby lies nestled into a valley carved by the Kootenai River. The horizon is framed by the majestic Cabinet Mountain Range and Wilderness Area and life in Libby offers stunning outdoor recreation opportunities.
NextHome Premier Realty is owned by top-producing agent Angela Vande Garde.
Angela has enjoyed living in Big Sky Country for more than 15 years. After a long fascination with the industry, Angela obtained her Montana real estate license in 2013. Throughout her career, Angela has worked with both ERA Lambros and Keller Williams. Her determination and drive to succeed made Angela a top-producer at both brokerages, an accomplishment that continues today.
In 2020, Angela became a broker and considered opening her own firm. However, increased demand for her services, and Angela’s dedication to personalized client care, made her so busy that the idea got pushed aside.
Then, in 2022, it was finally the right time.
