Pleasanton, CA — June 17, 2022 — NextHome is pleased to announce the expansion of NextHome Cornerstone Realty in Freeport, Florida. The new Freeport office expands on the success of NextHome Cornerstone Realty’s two additional brokerages in Niceville and Destin.
The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 587 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Cornerstone Realty will offer client-centered service to the Walton County area, which is one of the fastest growing regions in the United States. The brokerage provides expertise in luxury, relocation, first-time homebuyers, and all other types of residential real estate, focusing on clients in the Freeport, Santa Rosa Beach, and Defuniak Springs areas.
NextHome Cornerstone Realty is owned by the husband and wife team of Dana and Eric Topel. Dana is the broker in charge while Eric is the brokerage’s sales manager and works with the office’s property management division. Both Dana and Eric continue to actively sell real estate.
