Conveniently located at 2040 Grand River Annex, Suite 100 in Brighton, NextHome One offers fiduciary representation for clients throughout the greater Livingston County area, in addition to Northern Washtenaw County, Western Oakland County, and Shiawassee County.
NextHome One is owned by Rachele Evers, a dynamic and experienced real estate agent who is driven to provide industry-leading service.
Rachele began her real estate career in 2013 with Coldwell Banker Town and Country. She quickly immersed herself in the industry, absorbing every lesson she could.
“I am all-in, whatever I choose to pursue,” Rachele said. “As a real estate professional, I take my fiduciary responsibility to my client very seriously. I am constantly refining my skills so I can better represent my client.”
Rachele continued to gain experience working with 3DX Real Estate, then KW Living.
“I learned a lot from these brokerages, and they helped me to be the professional I am today,” Rachele said.
However, Rachele’s goal from day one was to own her own franchise.
“My end game has always been to elevate my industry by inspiring those around me to selflessly represent the best interests of their clients,” Rachele said.
She knew that to achieve her dreams, she needed the right franchise partner.
Rachele discovered NextHome after meeting Aaren Currie, a NextHome broker/owner in nearby Howell, Michigan. After trying to recruit Rachele to his brokerage, Aaren suggested that she partner with him to open a Brighton-based location.
“I was impressed by NextHome’s ability to forge strong relationships with its vendors, and inside the company itself,” Rachele said. “Even with 600 offices, and growing, NextHome still feels small enough that you can call the Vice President and they will make time to talk. The way NextHome operates lends it an agility that the competition just doesn’t have.”

Around her community, Rachele is a supporter of several non-profits. The one most near to hear heart is Work Skills, a corporation that helps people with various disabilities find independence and employment opportunities.
“I feel personally connected to Work Skills because of how they have helped my daughter,” Rachele said.
Rachele’s daughter Anna struggles with severe autism to the degree that Rachele believed independent living was out of reach. However, Anna now lives independently and sells art pieces through Work Skills.
Rachele credits her partner Mark Barnett with being her support and rock as she continues to grow her career. Rachele is the proud mother of three children: Nash, Anna and Thea.
