Pleasanton, CA — July 19, 2022 — NextHome is pleased to announce the newest addition to the franchise, NextHome AVL Realty, based in Asheville, North Carolina. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 591 active office locations across the country.
Located just two hours west of Charlotte, NextHome AVL Realty is poised to provide exceptional sales service in the Western North Carolina area.
NextHome AVL Realty will serve clients in the Asheville MSA including Buncombe and surrounding border counties.
The brokerage is owned by Lynn Bolser. Lynn obtained her real estate sales license in 2007 and began selling full-time in 2012. She set herself apart at her Keller Willams brokerage through client-centered hard work, and was named Rookie of the Year in an office of more than 300 agents. Lynn has also been recognized several times by the Land of the Sky Association of Realtors as a Top 100 producer in an association of more than 1,500 agents.
Lynn started her career on a team, then quickly became her team’s lead buyer’s agent.
After five years, Lynn joined Nest Realty where she continued to build a reputation for client-centered excellence.
“I really enjoy the process of working with both buyers and sellers, helping them achieve their real estate goals,” Lynn said. “I also love mentoring agents and working with them to achieve success.”
As her career evolved, Lynn had a vision of creating a small, family-like agency where she could help other people succeed.
“I was looking for the next challenge,” Lynn said.
She started looking into real estate franchises and, through a quick internet search, discovered NextHome.
“I immediately connected to this company,” Lynn said. “The marketing is a great fit for our area. It is super vibrant while also staying relatable. I also loved NextHome’s luxury division and the added service level it can provide for my luxury clients.”
Now as the owner of NextHome AVL Realty, Lynn is excited to offer her clients captivating marketing for their properties, combined with her own years of area expertise.

Lynn’s roots in the area run deep. Her family has lived on the same property since 1876, and her children are the seventh generation to live in the house.
“We have roots in the community, and we want to do the right thing because we love it,” Lynn said. “NextHome AVL Realty operates with a commitment to excellence, and we will market our clients’ property with that commitment to excellence.”
Lynn and her husband Michael are the proud parents of three kids: Emily (22) is a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee, Max (20) is a junior at Johnson University in Tennessee, and Luke (17) is a junior in high school.
“They have been my ‘why’ for everything I’ve done in real estate,” Lynn said. “I am so glad to be able to give them an example of what hard work and integrity look like.”
Outside of their community, the family enjoys traveling and seeing different cultures. One of their passions is missions having traveled to several African nations, Nicaragua, and Jordan.
