Pleasanton, CA — July 28, 2022 — NextHome is proud to announce the expansion of NextHome Legendary Properties with a new office in Fargo, North Dakota. The Fargo office represents the fourth office expansion for the NextHome Legendary Properties brand. Other offices include Bismarck, Dickinson, and Minot.

NextHome Legendary Properties (Fargo) is poised to provide exceptional real estate experiences for residential buyers and sellers throughout Fargo, West Fargo, and Moorhead, Minnesota. Located about a mile from the Minnesota border, the brokerage is licensed to do business in both states. In addition, the Fargo office will enjoy a partnership with NextMortgage, offering clients an option for an integrated real estate experience.

NextHome Legendary Properties (Fargo) joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 589 active office locations across the country.

The brokerage is owned by high-achieving REALTOR®, Scott Louser. Josh Hanson is the Fargo office’s Team Leader. In addition, the Fargo brokerage offers area clients exceptional expertise through associates Patsy Chapman, Emily Christofferson, and Corey Mock.

“We are excited to support Fargo-area agents with NextHome’s industry-leading suite of technology, tools, and training,” Scott said. “The Fargo office expansion provides a great opportunity to take a really strong business model into a market that is craving this level of structure and support. With NextHome’s backing, we are looking forward to providing talented agents with industry-leading systems so they can better represent their clients.”

Licensed since 1997, Scott is a second-generation REALTOR®, taking after his father Larry, who started his real estate career in the mid-1970’s. Father and son worked side-by-side at Preferred Minot Real Estate.

Just a few years into his real estate career, Scott went on to become one of the top producers in his area. In 1999, Scott sold an incredible 50 homes and has continued that trend ever since.

Scott used his talents in real estate to open four NextHome offices throughout North Dakota. NextHome Legendary Properties (Minot) opened in 2016, followed by Bismarck in 2018, Dickinson in 2021, and Fargo in 2022.

In 2018, Scott was honored with NextHome’s prestigious Excellence Award. It’s the highest award given to a NextHome agent or broker, and only one individual is recognized company-wide each year.

Scott is also a student of NextHome’s Leadership Academy, the franchisee’s coaching and training arm. The program, led by nationally-renowned coach and NextHome’s Vice President of Learning and Development Jim Fischetti, provides brokers/owners with exceptional leadership education. Scott is also the current Assistant Majority Leader for the North Dakota House of Representatives.

Though Scott has held numerous leadership positions over the years, the title he treasures most is “father.”

“There’s nothing that means more to me than my kids,” Scott said. “They are two young ladies who are extremely supportive and who are growing up as NextHomies through and through.” Scott’s daughter Kamryn recently celebrated her 10th birthday, and his daughter Kendyl is 7 years old.

Please join us in congratulating Scott and the entire team at NextHome Legendary Properties on the opening of their Fargo, North Dakota office!
