NextHome Vista is owned by Juan Del Sol. Juan began his real estate sales career in 2014, after leaving a corporate management job. His interest in real estate was piqued after buying his own home at age 22.
“The agent I was working with said that I had made the process seamless and that I would be a great agent,” Juan recalled.
The idea simmered in his mind for a couple of years before Juan decided it was time for a career change.
“I had hit a ceiling with my company, and I am the type of person who always needs to be striving for more,” Juan said. “Real estate gave me the opportunity to build a thriving business, while having a positive impact on people’s lives. It was a great fit.”
Juan began selling with a Keller Williams brokerage in New Jersey where he discovered a passion for helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership.
“One of my favorite memories was helping a first-time homebuyer through a short sale, which ended up including a seller credit and the house appraised for more than what we closed on,” Juan said. “Helping people achieve things they thought were impossible is the highlight of my career and the reason why I do what I do.”
After moving to Florida, Juan knew it was time to expand his professional horizons again.
“I love seeing the industry at its best, and I wanted to be a part of that,” Juan said. “I saw a need for a higher standard, better training, and more support for agents.”
Juan knew years before opening his own brokerage that he would partner with NextHome.
“I’ve known Lionel Cruz (owner of NextHome Prime) for a long time, and for years he has been talking with me about all the things he loves about NextHome,” Juan said. “Back then, I wasn’t ready to take the leap into ownership, but I always knew that when the time was right, NextHome would be my forever franchise home.”
In 2022, the time was right.
Today, NextHome Vista exemplifies a Humans Over Houses approach to real estate.

Juan is the 2022 Vice President for the West Broward Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). He and his wife, Ale, are the parents of three children: Anthony (18), Connor (8), and Elinor (6). Together, the family enjoys going to the beach, backyard barbecues, and extended family gatherings.
