NextHome Violet Realty serves residential clients throughout Camden, Gloucester, Burlington, Atlantic, Cumberland, and Salem counties. The brokerage is also licensed to do business in Pennsylvania and serves clients in Philadelphia County. The brokerage offers clients and associates a beautiful renovated office in an old Victorian style home located at 48-50 Newton Ave.
NextHome Violet Realty is owned by Nancy Allebach, a veteran mortgage professional who combines industry expertise with personalized service.
Nancy first obtained her real estate sales license in 1999 while working as a mortgage lender. She started her sales career with a local small-town brokerage before returning to full-time mortgage lending armed with increased real estate sales knowledge.
Nancy stepped back into full-time real estate sales in 2016, and her career took off. She eventually took on a management role, overseeing an office of 14 associates.
Nancy was recognized for her hard work with production awards. However, Nancy’s greatest professional fulfillment came from the lives she was able to impact through her work.
“I’m a hands-on broker who loves to see people succeed,” Nancy said. “If I help others succeed, then I succeed.”
That drive to empower others, combined with her talent for leadership, prompted Nancy to consider opening her own brokerage. When a colleague showed her a NextHome listing presentation, Nancy knew right away what franchise she wanted to join.
“I wanted to talk to these people,” Nancy said. “NextHome had something unique and it really piqued my interest.”
Today, NextHome Violet Realty offers clients cutting-edge property marketing, combined with a ‘Humans Over Houses’ approach.
“There is so much that NextHome offers that gets passed on to my clients,” Nancy said. “All of the marketing is so happy and bright and compelling. The technology is second to none, and the entire philosophy is based around the client’s needs.”

That dedication to agent support extends into Nancy’s brick-and-mortar brokerage. Among the office spaces, Nancy has set up a playroom for NextHome Violet Realty associates’ children where they can stay entertained while mom or dad focuses on their client.
“I have five grandkids, and I know the importance of family,” Nancy said. “When people walk into this office, I want them to feel at home.”
Nancy is the mother of three children and five grandchildren bring her endless joy.
Around the community, Nancy serves others through both organizations and private, personal service. She is a member of her local Rotary Dinner Club. Nancy also takes regular time out of her day to bring water, snacks, and blankets to New Jersey’s inner-city homeless.
Nancy has been married to her husband John for 15 years and they are the owners of a 14-year-old Pit Bull mix named Diesel.
