NextHome Perfect Match is owned by seasoned REALTOR® Keisha Alston. The brokerage will offer unparalleled expertise in both real estate sales and creating high-performing sales teams.
Keisha began her real estate career in 2013 with a local independent brokerage. Throughout her career, Keisha developed a remarkable talent for residential real estate sales throughout the Carolinas. Her commitment to her clients eventually built a thriving, referral-based business.
“I really enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, especially first-time homebuyers,” Keisha said. “What brings me joy is seeing them come back so that I can help them find their second or third home. It’s a priceless experience being a consistent part of someone’s home buying journey throughout the years. Taking care of my clients and serving them has been the highlight of my career.”
Keisha’s sales experience extended throughout the Carolinas and has expanded to land transactions. In 2013, she obtained her North Carolina and South Carolina’s Broker’s License Keisha holds several NAR certifications including Accredited Staging Professional and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.
“Owning my own brokerage has been a dream for many years,” Keisha said. “The timing just needed to be right.” In 2022, Keisha was able to make that dream a reality.
Today, NextHome Perfect Match is helping Carolina buyers and sellers find their perfect home.

Keisha is happily married to her husband of 22 years, Kelly, who will also be joining the firm. Kelly will be assisting in various capacities from business and team development to recruiting. With his background in high-performance sales team management, Kelly is excited to combine NextHome’s training and support with his talent for incubating sales success.
Kelly and Keisha are the proud parents of two adult children. Their daughter is currently pursuing a J.D. at Columbia Law School, while their son has just begun his academic journey at UNC Charlotte.
Keisha and Kelly are also proud pet parents of two Havanese dogs: Maxie and Milo.
