Pleasanton, CA — January 18, 2023 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Space Coast Experts, located in Satellite Beach, Florida. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 612 active office locations across the country.
Located 45 minutes east of Orlando, NextHome Space Coast Experts serves clients throughout Melbourne, Palm Bay, Viera and the remainder of Brevard County.
NextHome Space Coast Experts is owned by the husband and wife team of Linda Weir and Frank Wawrzyniak. Linda will be NextHome Space Coast Experts’ Broker of Record while as Office Manager Frank will handle operations, training, and onboarding.
A trusted name in Florida real estate, Linda began her sales career 18 years ago with local independent brokerage, Tropical Realty.
“It was intimidating leaving a steady paycheck career and jumping into real estate, but I quickly learned that I had a talent for serving others, and that truly loving what you do can make a big difference in your success,” Linda said. “I had the courage to follow my dreams, and the result ended up being that I made more in my first year in real estate than I did in my previous career.”
After six years with Tropical Realty, Linda gained additional experience with both nationally franchised brands and other local independent firms.
“Throughout the years, Linda has helped so many people who didn’t think they could buy a house,” Frank said. “She held their hand through the process and I saw it was so rewarding for her to be able to serve people in that way.”
Linda’s dedication to her clients earned her many awards throughout the years. She was named Rookie of the Year in 2004. In addition, her brokerage recognized her with Top Producer awards every year between 2007 and 2011. Linda also received the Best of Zillow Award in 2019, Top Agent in 2020-2021, and many other brokerage-based recognitions.
However, Frank’s encouragement prompted Linda to reach for new professional heights.
“About five years ago, Frank started looking into franchises,” Linda said. “He has always been a great supporter and knew I would be a great franchise owner. However, at the time I wanted to remain laser-focused on my client’s goals and give them exceptional customer service, so I put my own goals on the back burner.”
As time went on, Linda began to consider the legacy she was leaving for those in her sphere. Those musings on her own professional legacy prompted Linda to pull out Frank’s old franchise research. The NextHome folder immediately caught her attention.
“I started feeling this new excitement for real estate that I didn’t know was waning and it started a new fire in me,” Linda said. “NextHome is fresh and innovative. They have a progressive and up to date business model and a proven track record. In addition, it is relatively new for our area.”
Today, NextHome Space Coast Experts is combining Linda’s passion for exceptional client care with NextHome’s industry-leading suite of technology and tools.
“NextHome Space Coast Experts will be a brokerage that is lean, efficient, and productive with a great culture and low overhead while being highly functional and fun,” Linda said. “One of the top reasons buyers and sellers dislike their agent is that they are hard to reach, do not return calls in a timely manner and don’t know what’s happening in the process of buying or selling a home. I will provide a communication-driven experience. My customers and I are a team, so I update my customers in real time on the processes I am engaged in to get their home closed.”
Linda is a former member of her local association’s ethics committee and takes real estate ethics very seriously.
Both Linda and Frank are dedicated to serving their community. Frank is a volunteer with the Satellite Beach Sustainability Program where he helps create sustainable habitats through planting oyster beds in polluted waters. The oysters help filter out impurities and create sustainable habitats.
Linda is a fervent supporter of her local SPCA and donates money from every commission check to help animals find their forever homes. She is also the creator of Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a community program where neighbors sign up to connect with others around them in need.
Linda and Frank have been married since 2017. She is the mother of two adult step sons, one a future anesthesiologist and the other a software engineer. Linda and Frank enjoy traveling. meeting new people, entertaining friends and family, cooking, and boating with their dog Shannon – a rescue that joined the family in 2020.
