NextHome Simplicity has added a new high-performing office in Biloxi, Mississippi in addition to their existing Long Beach office. The new brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 610 active office locations across the country.
With a lineup of more than 30 exceptionally trained professional associates, NextHome Simplicity serves clients throughout Ocean Springs, Biloxi, Gulfport, Bay St Louis, Pascagoula, and the remainder of Mississippi’s Gulf Coast region.
NextHome Simplicity is owned by the husband-and-wife team of Andrew and Brittany Geotes, two high-performing professionals with a passion for outstanding client care. Andrew is NextHome Simplicity’s Broker in Charge, while Brittany oversees the company’s education and agent support division.
Andrew has been a top-producing real estate associate since obtaining his license in 2012. A 16-year long career in property appraisal prior to full time real estate sales helped Andrew hit the ground running. As a standout associate at local independent firms, Andrew built a reputation for knowledgeable client representation.
Brittany obtained her real estate license in 2014 after graduating with honors from the University of Southern Mississippi. She intended to use her education in psychology to pursue a career in industrial and organizational psychology. While deciding on her next professional move, Brittany decided to give real estate a try. She quickly discovered both a love and a talent for the career.
Brittany and Andrew met during a transaction. They got to know each other better at an awards banquet where Andrew was honored for his incredible sales achievements. Deciding to work together, Andrew and Brittany both left their respective real estate brokerages and joined a local NextHome branch. They immediately discovered the NextHome difference and knew they wanted to one day open their own brokerage.
In January 2019, Andrew and Brittany opened NextHome Simplicity in Long Beach. In September, NextHome Simplicity (Long Beach) reopened its doors at a new office location.
As a business owner, Brittany combined her talents in real estate and education to create a robust curriculum for her associates. This training and support program is famous region-wide for helping associates take their careers to the next level.
