Pleasanton, CA — March 31, 2023 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Rocky Mountain, located in Eaton, Colorado. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise that currently has 610 active office locations across the country.
Conveniently located north of Denver, NextHome Rocky Mountain serves clients throughout Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Longmont, Aurora, Fort Morgan, Northglenn, Thornton, Boulder, Estes Park, and Brighton.
NextHome Rocky Mountain is owned by the father-and-son team of Bryan and Andrew Sanburg. Together, Bryan and Andrew are building a brokerage based on family values. Andrew’s young kids can often be found helping dad as he helps other families find their perfect home.
“It’s all about the people for us,” Andrew said. “Helping families find homes that bring them joy is so rewarding. I love being in a career where I can create a legacy for my kids.”
Andrew is an Army combat veteran who also worked in sales alongside his father before joining the oil and gas industry and eventually obtaining his real estate sales license in 2018. Bryan spent many years in sales before becoming a home inspector.
Andrew’s dedication to his clients built a thriving business. Within two years of obtaining his license, Andrew became a managing broker and launched a new satellite office for a local boutique firm. The brokerage continued to grow under Andrew’s leadership with eight additional associates.
“Getting to help people is what I love most about real estate,” Andrew said. “Clients get an authentic experience with someone who is down to earth and dedicated to their success – whatever that takes.”
“Andrew has a passion for his family and his clients,” Bryan said. “I’ve seen him go to the wall for his people. I’m impressed at the talent he has for real estate and how he uses that talent to work tirelessly to help others.”
Bryan joined Andrew in real estate sales in 2021. He also shared Andrew’s dedication to exceptional client service, no matter the price point.
“He takes the same pride in selling a $40,000 double wide as he does in a million-dollar home,” Andrew said. “For him, it’s all about the people he serves and the lives he gets to change for the better. Putting humans over houses is a value we both share.”
As the real estate industry evolved, Bryan and Andrew knew they wanted to continue to elevate their client service.
“We saw an opportunity to do real estate the right way, and really make an impact in our community,” Andrew said. “When we discovered NextHome, the support it offered, the company culture, and its people-first emphasis, it all made sense. After talking on the phone with Charis (Moreno, NextHome’s VP of Sales), both Bryan and I just looked at each other and smiled. Everything clicked.”

Those family values are central at NextHome Rocky Mountain. Andrew’s children, Sawyer and Maverick, are often helping around the office and at showings.
“They are the reason why I am so passionate about real estate,” Andrew said. “My kids get to watch me fight for families finding their homes. At NextHome Rocky Mountain, we all understand that real estate is more than just a transaction – it’s about moms and dads and kids finding a place to call home. Being a part of that is incredibly rewarding.”
Bryan and Andrew’s dedication to family, country, and community extend through everything they do. Andrew served his country as a Tank Gunner in the Army and continues to be active in the Veteran Community. He also enjoys coaching flag football for the local Eaton Recreation League alongside Bryan.
In addition to coaching flag football, Bryan is a loving husband and father. He and his wife Caren have been married since 2012 and he is the grandfather of five.
