NextHome Achieves Top Recognitions in Franchise Business Review’s 2023 Rankings

Pleasanton, CA — April 11, 2023 — In anonymous, third-party surveys, NextHome broker/owners have declared that the franchise offers impressive opportunities for women in addition to unparalleled value and staying power. 

Following recent surveys by Franchise Business Review (FBR), the NextHome Franchise excelled in three categories: Top Franchise for Women, Top Low-Cost Franchise, and Top Recession-Proof Franchise.

The recognition as a Top Franchise for Women highlights NextHome’s commitment to empowering its broker/owners.

NextHome was among 322 franchise brands surveyed, representing over 8,100 female franchise owners. NextHome’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training/support, financial opportunity, and work/life balance.

NextHome was one of only 50 franchises to qualify as one of FBR’s 2023 Top Franchises for Women.

Of more than 610 NextHome franchises nationwide, 55 percent are owned by women.

Franchise Business Review also recognized NextHome for offering exceptional value, naming it a 2023 Top Low-Cost Franchise. This recognition is the result of surveys that spanned nearly 12,000 franchisees representing over 135 low-cost brands. Any companies surveyed by FBR had to have exceptional franchisee satisfaction ratings and require an investment below $100,000. 

Being named a Top Low-Cost Franchise and Top Recession-Proof Franchise is a testament to NextHome’s flexible franchise model and corporate support.

It’s important to note that in no way does “low cost” imply “limited” as NextHome is a full-service franchise.
