Conveniently serving Colorado’s largest population center, NextHome Elevation offers expertise throughout Colorado Springs, Denver, Pueblo, and the remainder of the Denver Metro area.
NextHome Elevation is owned by Marjorie Burcham, a real estate professional with 14 years of experience in addition to a heart for helping home buyers and sellers.
Marjorie began her real estate career in Arizona after selling her coffee shop business. Throughout her real estate career, Marjorie has worked with both nationally franchised brands and small independents. Her heart for service created a unique talent for helping buyers who always thought homeownership was out of reach.
“My greatest accomplishment over the years has been helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership,” Marjorie said. “I like working with people who have been looked over and who haven’t been able to find the representation they need. I am willing to dig in and do the extra work for my clients, because in their lives this is such a big thing.”
Marjorie is well-versed in grants and homeowner assistance programs.
This heart for serving her clients eventually led Marjorie to work with a NextHome franchise in Arizona.
“I’ve been with a lot of brokerages throughout my career, and what NextHome offers is above and beyond,” Marjorie said. “NextHome offers the tools and support that we as agents need in order to serve our clients at a super high level. This is by far the best I’ve ever seen.”
When her husband’s job took her to Colorado in 2019, Marjorie sought out another NextHome franchise so that she could continue serving clients at a high level.
When that office closed, Marjorie knew she wanted to continue to elevate area real estate through NextHome’s Humans Over Houses approach.
Today, NextHome Elevation offers industry-leading technology, tools, and support for the region’s buyers and sellers. In addition, Marjorie is an exceptional negotiator and a lifelong learner who will always offer an unparalleled knowledge of the industry.

Outside the office Marjorie and her husband Kyle enjoy spending time in Colorado’s majestic outdoors. Marjorie enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, and exploring Colorado’s diverse landscape.
She is the proud owner of three rescue Pit Bulls: Lucy, Olive, and Burlington.
