NextHome Tradition is owned by Massachusetts native, investment expert, and entrepreneur, Chris Chiang.
Chris has been expertly fixing and flipping homes since 2008. Prior to real estate, Chris was a sales professional who represented multi-million-dollar Fortune 500 medical equipment companies. As an experienced entrepreneur, he also continues to own several laundromat businesses.
In 2010, Chris obtained his real estate license and shared his talent for investment and entrepreneurship with an ever-growing list of clients. In 2017, Chris launched his own independent brokerage where he built an office of exceptionally talented real estate professionals.
“One is a licensed contractor for more than 30 years, another has flipped dozens of houses, and another associate has expertise in condos and townhomes,” Chris said. “In addition to this diverse knowledge base, every associate is deeply connected to a distinct area of our community and has been a connected part of their hometown’s growth for many years.”
