NextHome Real Estate Associates is owned by Paul Cox, an Indiana-native with more than 14 years of client-centered service.

Paul spent many years as a marketing professional before becoming a licensed real estate associate in 2009. Paul quickly developed a love for real estate and worked through any transaction’s challenges.
“Once a property is found, I love working through the details,” Paul said. “I enjoy the inspection process, contracts, mortgages, and making sure all the details work seamlessly toward the client’s goals.”
As a real estate professional with Keller Williams Indy Metro South, Paul built a reputation for excellence. He achieved remarkable sales numbers, becoming the No. 1 associate in an office of more than 100 people.
As Paul considered the next steps in his career, he wanted to build his own office where he could have access to cutting-edge support and technology at a great value.
