The influential list has consistently ranked James higher year after year since he first appeared on it in 2015 – one year after he co-founded NextHome.
In addition to James, three other NextHome executives were added to the SP 200 Watchlist this year as notable leaders with increasing influence. Charis Moreno, Vice President of Sales, Keith Robinson, Chief Strategic Officer, and Jim Fischetti, Vice President of Learning and Development, were each recognized for their impact on residential real estate.

James continues to climb the notable list, joining the group of industry leaders at number 188 back in 2015. In the years that followed, James was ranked at No. 158 in 2017, No. 105 in 2018, No. 72 in 2019, No. 54 in 2020, No. 48 in 2021, No. 40 in 2022, and No. 37 in 2023.
