In addition to the top spot in real estate, NextHome was named the second best franchise to own across all industry categories.

Franchise Business Review’s Franchise Satisfaction Award rankings are released each January following a comprehensive survey process that includes more than 35,000 franchise owners across 375 of today’s leading companies.
The comprehensive 33-question FBR survey delves into each owner’s satisfaction with their franchise, its financial opportunity, core values, community, systems & operations, executive leadership, training & support, and more. In addition to survey responses, FBR factors in the size of the franchise system, the percent of franchisees that participated in the survey, and age of the survey.
Feedback from NextHome owners has consistently positioned the real estate franchise in the top tiers of Franchise Business Review rankings since 2019. From 2020-2023, NextHome secured the number one spot among all franchises for owner satisfaction in addition to being named most innovative, a top franchise for women and veterans, and a top recession-proof franchise.
