Located at 601 S FM 1187, Suite E in Aledo, NextHome On Main offers unparalleled residential real estate experiences guided by a friendly, connected team of professionals. With this office addition, NextHome On Main will offer expanded service in land, farm, ranch, and all other types of residential real estate.
The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise which currently has over 600 active office locations across the country.
The Aledo office builds on the success of NextHome On Main’s Mansfield and Midlothian offices, which have been serving buyers and sellers since 2021 and 2022.
With this expansion, NextHome On Main is poised to provide fun, friendly, and knowledgeable guidance to buyers and sellers in Parker, Tarrant, and Hood counties.
All three NextHome On Main office locations are owned by a powerhouse team of friendly and knowledgeable professionals. The ownership team includes Kim and Shawn Pratt, alongside Haleigh Bush Kurth and Colton Kurth.
According to the ownership team, the Aledo expansion came about organically, driven by high-achieving NextHome On Main associates who have a deep connection to Parker County. Leading the Aledo office is talented Market Manager Michelle Lanford, who has been skillfully guiding buyers and sellers through their transactions for more than eight years.
“Since launching the first NextHome On Main office in Mansfield, we’ve seen amazing growth,” Kim said. “We’ve got systems in place that are top-notch for the area, including industry-leading training and coaching for our agents. Because of this, we’ve been able to attract like-minded associates, and organically our footprint is just growing larger.”
Although the office location in Aledo is new, NextHome On Main is home to a wealth of agent experience and expertise.
Kim obtained her real estate license in 2009 and quickly became one of the most successful agents in her area. Shawn left his career in sales and joined in 2012.
A second-generation REALTOR®, Haleigh has been a licensed real estate associate for more than 10 years. Colton joined Haleigh as a full-time real estate associate after a career in clinical psychology.
In 2022, Haleigh and Kim and their supportive partners knew it was time to launch a NextHome office in Midlothian. Since that time, the team has built a thriving business centered on exceptional agent and client support. Kim and Haleigh make a powerhouse leadership team.
