NextHome Dream Seekers Realty is owned by U.S. Army veteran and experienced real estate professional Ysmaine Domiciano.

Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Ysmaine earned her law degree from The University of Sao Paulo in 2009 and moved to the United States in 2010. Her heart for service soon led Ysmaine to a career with the U.S. Army.
As a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator, Ysmaine ensured the success of a variety of communications infrastructure. While continuing to serve her country, Ysmaine obtained a second Bachelor’s Degree with a dual major in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology at the Shippensburg University, graduating in the Spring of 2017.
Her exceptional managerial and organizational skills led to a career in Corporate America working with AHOLD Delhaize.
All the while, Ysmaine harbored a love for real estate and a passion for her hobby of investing in homes. In 2018, she obtained her real estate license and began a full-time career in real estate in 2020.
“I fell in love with being able to be a part of such a huge step in people’s lives,” Ysmaine said. “Real estate is so rewarding for me on many levels.”
Ysmaine gained experience working with various brands over the years including Century21, Keller Williams, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and eXp. Her service-driven approach built a thriving business. She earned multiple production awards as her sales volume swelled to more than 40 transactions per year.
Ysmaine is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
“I believe in continuing education,” Ysmaine said. “All this knowledge allows me to provide better service and representation to all my clients from all ages and backgrounds and also to be a more educated team leader and mentor for my team.”
Eventually, Ysmaine’s drive to provide excellent service and her talent for mentoring led her to think about opening her own brokerage.
After thoroughly interviewing with four different brands, Ysmaine knew NextHome was the right choice.
“I loved the support and the organization,” Ysmaine said. “But most importantly, NextHome was all about putting humans over houses. Because of my military service, that really resonated with me. In the military, we are there to serve and protect. NextHome embodies that approach, combining it with plug-and-play resources and great support for my future agents.”

As someone who cares deeply about her community, Ysmaine can often be found volunteering with local food pantries. She also helps with the annual Harrisburg City’s initiative to deliver and install carbon monoxide detectors in lower-income neighborhoods.
When she isn’t helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, Ysmaine enjoys running mud race obstacle courses with a group of close friends.
