Pleasanton, CA — April 5, 2024 — NextHome is proud to announce our newest addition to the franchise, NextHome Valley Realty, located in Sweetwater, Tennessee. The brokerage joins the growing NextHome franchise which currently has over 600 active office locations across the country.
NextHome Valley Realty serves clients throughout Sweetwater, Madisonville, Tellico Plains, Tellico Village, Vonore, Niota, Ten Mile, Decatur, Philadelphia, Athens, Loudon, Lenoir City, Etowah, Englewood, Greenback, Spring City, Rockwood, Harriman, Kingston, Dayton and the remainder of Monroe, Loudon, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea, and Roan counties.
NextHome Valley Realty is owned by the service-minded duo of Bryant Howard and David Hart. Together, Bryant and David are combining small-town business values with industry-leading technology to offer unparalleled real estate service throughout rural Tennessee. In addition to their community expertise, Bryant is a licensed auctioneer, offering an added layer of service for real estate sales clients.
“Trust and customer service are the hallmarks of our business,” David said. “The people who grew up here know us for our good old country service with morals, values, and integrity. Now as a NextHome franchise, our clients get both top-notch customer service and unparalleled real estate technology and marketing. We are excited for the future of NextHome Valley Realty.”
David’s dedication to his country and to service were evident throughout his 23-year military career. Serving 13 years on active duty with the U.S. Army and 10 years with the National Guard, David has a deep appreciation and understanding for his military relocation clients.
In addition to an in-depth understanding of relocation real estate, David offers expertise in single-family homes, farms, ranches, vacant lots, and rural properties.
David has been a licensed real estate agent for more than 31 years. Throughout those years, David has owned and operated both independent real estate offices and nationally franchised brokerages. At each opportunity, David grew the brokerages and achieved remarkable success. While at the helm of a RE/MAX office, David attracted 113 agents in the space of four and a half years.
“David is very detail-oriented,” Bryant said. “He knows contracts down to the smallest detail. More importantly, he wants to share his wealth of knowledge with others.”
Bryant was born and raised just 10 miles from NextHome Valley Realty and, like David, is dedicated to serving his small-town community.
For more than 38 years, Bryant has been a paramedic in the Sweetwater area. His exceptional leadership and organizational skills eventually led to a regional management role with Rural Metro Ambulance Service. For the next 12 years, Bryant skillfully led more than 200 people across five counties.
While serving his community, Bryant also built a real estate career in auctions. In 2018 he obtained his auctioneers license, and soon after began working with Century21 Howell Real Estate.
“In auctions, we work for the family,” Bryant explained. “Our job is to get the best and top dollar for that family through a seamless and easy process.”
Bryant and David built a rapport with each other at auctions and quickly knew that a business partnership would be beneficial for them both.
“We compliment each other well,” Bryant said. “What I don’t know, David does, and vice versa.”
David and Bryant wanted to take their customer service to the next level by opening their own franchise, and NextHome was the perfect fit to achieve their goals.
“NextHome offers flexibility in the way we structure our brokerage in addition to some of the best technology and tools on the market,” Bryant said. “We recognized that NextHome would be a great partner and a powerful force in real estate in the future.”
Today, NextHome Valley Realty is moving into the building that formerly housed Century21 Howell Real Estate.
“We are looking forward to expanding our business in our community and serving people with the dependable and honest representation they have come to expect,” David said.
Bryant grew up on a farm in nearby Louden and still enjoys farming when he is not building his real estate business. He is married to Christie and proudly supports her in her career as director of human resources at Morgan Olson.
David and his wife Wendy are the owners/operators of Sweetwater Stables, a horse boarding facility on 30 acres. As someone who loves his community and veterans, David donates regularly to the local Veterans of Foreign Wars chapter. He also supports Fresh Start, a non-profit that helps the homeless.
Please join us in congratulating David and Bryant on the opening of NextHome Valley Realty in Sweetwater, Tennessee!
