Chadwick is a Senior Real Estate Specialist® and Accredited Buyer’s Representative in addition to offering expertise in all other types of residential and land transactions.
Prior to real estate, Chadwick was a home improvement industry professional, focusing on garage organization and remodeling. He began his remarkable real estate sales career in 2005. Leveraging his talents in communication, sales, and home improvement quickly built a thriving referral-based business.
Chadwick’s leadership skills eventually led to a management position with his brokerage. That management experience in turn led to Chadwick opening his own property management company. In 2012, Chadwick brought both property management and real estate sales under one roof as the owner of Hybrid Realty Services.
Throughout his career, Chadwick has been the recipient of numerous customer service and sales volume awards. However, his proudest accomplishments are always the lives he has impacted through his work.
Throughout almost two decades of market swings, Chadwick has been able to maintain a steady real estate business in both good times and bad.
“I’ve seen the housing market both soar and crash and every market has required something different,” Chadwick said. “I am thankful for those swings and what they have taught me. I have learned by experience how to not only survive but also thrive. I can move forward with confidence knowing that my business is built on solid fundamentals.”

Chadwick and his wife Tara have been married for 29 years. They are the proud parents of two grown children: Landon (29) and Addie (22).
Together, the family enjoys attending all types of sporting events throughout the country and throwing epic tailgates.
