The newest office – conveniently located at 1803 Curcor Drive in Gulfport – serves clients throughout Gulfport, Long Beach, Saucier, Biloxi, Bay St. Louis, Pass Christian, Ocean Springs, D’Iberville, and the remainder of Jackson, Harrison, and Hancock counties.
Offering expertise in all types of residential real estate, the office expansion results from growth in the area and demand for NextHome’s unique approach to real estate service.
NextHome HomeFront is owned by Crystal Boggs, a high-producing professional with a passion for serving the area’s many military families. Morgan Young will serve as the Gulfport office’s managing broker. Morgan has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2017.

Morgan, a University of Southern Mississippi graduate, has resided on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 2001. Morgan transitioned to real estate in 2016 after more than 20 years of managing a large company with over 100 employees. Through extensive expertise and a passion for helping others, Morgan specializes in first-time homebuyers and retirees.

Crystal began her real estate sales career in San Antonio in 2016, and when the family moved to Mississippi in 2017, she again became licensed.
Crystal’s drive to learn the marketing and prospecting side of real estate led to remarkable success. Today, she is the coastline’s top producer, consistently selling more than $20 million annually.
In 2019, she launched NextHome HomeFront’s flagship office in Ocean Springs. The business thrived under Crystal’s leadership, and NextHome HomeFront expanded with a Biloxi office in 2021. In 2023, Crystal was the recipient of the NextHome Excellence Award, a testament to her dedication to fostering a culture of people-first excellence throughout each office.

Crystal and her husband Bryan have been married for 23 years and are the proud parents of Mecquela (age 20) and Bryanna (18).
The family enjoys all types of outdoor activities including hiking, fishing, and crabbing.
Morgan is married to fellow REALTOR® Kristy Young, and together they are the parents of three children and they are looking forward to welcoming their first grandchild. In his spare time, Morgan enjoys photography, hiking, gardening, and woodworking.
