Pleasanton, CA — May 30, 2024 — NextHome is proud to announce that our company-wide camaraderie and support have been recognized once again on Franchise Business Review’s annual Culture100 List. The list recognizes the top 100 franchise brands in a report on the Best Franchise Cultures.
The list recognizes franchises that excel in 17 unique areas, including leadership, core values, franchise community, and engagement. The rankings are based on comprehensive and anonymous surveys given to hundreds of franchise members across dozens of industries.
This is the third year in a row that NextHome’s company culture has been recognized on the Culture100 list.
NextHome, Inc. is an independently owned national franchisor with a focus on changing the way consumers work with local agents and shop for real estate online. Recently ranked as the No. 1 real estate franchise in the country in owner satisfaction, the NextHome franchise has over 600 offices and nearly 6,000 members across the country. The company closed over 29,000 transactions in 2023 worth over $10B in volume.
“At NextHome we work hard to empower people, to give real estate professionals what they need, help them grow, and create a sense of connection,” said NextHome CEO, James Dwiggins. “By leaning into supporting and attracting really great people, our members are organically creating this amazing culture. We are thrilled that Franchise Business Review has once again recognized our NextHome brokers, owners, and agents as we face the future of real estate together.”
Franchise Business Review, a franchise market research firm that performs independent
surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only rankings of franchises based solely on
actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes its
rankings of top franchises semi-annually in its Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as
industry reports throughout the year that highlight research on the top franchises in specific
sectors.
NextHome was among more than 360 franchise brands, representing more than 36,000 franchise owners, that participated in Franchise Business Review’s research on the best franchise cultures. Franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems. Franchise owners were asked to rank their franchises in 17 areas of business related to company culture, including leadership, core values, franchisee community, engagement, and more.
In each survey, the franchisee was asked, “Does your franchisor care about your success?” Agreement with this single statement was the highest correlation to whether or not a franchisee would recommend their brand to others.
“NextHome members are connected, collaborative, and supportive,” said NextHome Vice President of Sales, Charis Moreno. “Together we are excited to achieve more, and tackle whatever comes next in real estate.”
This recognition adds to a list of remarkable achievements for NextHome in 2024, including being named a Top Franchise for Women and the best overall franchise in real estate.
