Conveniently located at 4948 N. Pine Allen Road in Sunrise, NextHome Advanced Realty serves clients throughout Sunrise, Lauderhill, Tamarac, Plantation, Coral Springs, Ft. Lauderdale, and the remainder of Broward, Miami/Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
NextHome Advanced Realty is owned by Phillip Hudson, an experienced broker/owner who is driven to make his client’s goals the center of real estate service.

Phillip has helped a wide variety of clients throughout more than 30 years as a licensed real estate professional.
In the early 1990s, Phillip took a break from full-time real estate sales to obtain a university degree and teach. These experiences strengthened and diversified his skills, and he returned to his real estate career working in New York City.
In 2001, Phillip moved to Florida to care for his mother. Once again, his real estate career blossomed and he quickly obtained his broker’s license.
In 2003, Phillip opened Advanced Realty. For more than 20 years, the brokerage has resiliently gone the extra mile for every client. In addition to real estate sales, Phillip is a licensed mortgage broker and was previously the owner of a small convenience store.
“Throughout real estate’s ups and downs, I’ve been resilient and consistent because I believe in myself and I believe that I have a purpose – to help people to find a home and finance a home,” Phillip said. “Doing all of that gives me a sense of purpose.”
In 2024, Phillip knew it was time to take his small real estate business to the next level. That’s when he discovered NextHome while flipping through the pages of NAR’s REALTOR® Magazine.
“There was something about this company,” Phillip said. “People seemed to be really happy with NextHome, because they stood out when it came to supporting brokers, owners, and agents, so I got curious.”
After reaching out to NextHome’s Vice President of Sales, Charis Moreno, Phillip knew he had found a company and a culture that aligned with his values.
“Everyone was genuinely supportive, and there was a family-like culture,” Phillip said. “Then I went to NextHome’s annual conference and that impression was just solidified. I feel a greater sense of family with NextHome and I feel that I can call on a national network for support. Everyone from the CEO to the staff are all very personable. The culture was a great fit.”

When he isn’t serving real estate clients, Phillip is dedicated to volunteer service around the world. Born in Jamaica, Phillip is a member of his high school alumni association. The association has launched chapters in Florida, New York, Atlanta, and London – all to support local Jamaican schools. As the school approaches its 100th anniversary, Phillip is joining others to raise money for a new wellness center.
In addition to serving the next generation in Jamaica, Phillip has volunteered for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program in Florida.
In addition to real estate, Phillip enjoys photography, music, dancing, and great food. He is married to Eliane Hudson and is the proud parent of four children.
