The brokerage offers clients expertise in investment properties, relocation, first-time home buying, and all other types of residential real estate.
NextHome Sunrise Realty is owned by the husband and wife team of Heather and Paul Tellone. Together, Heather and Paul are building a brokerage defined by honesty, integrity, and a commitment to their client’s success.
“NextHome Sunrise Realty is built on a foundation of integrity,” Heather said. “It is very important for me to be honest with people.”
Born and raised in the Melbourne area, Heather began helping people buy and sell homes in 2014.
“I’ve loved real estate my whole life,” Heather said. “Growing up around here, my mom and sisters and I would go around and look at model homes just because we loved them. I wanted to get into renovating homes, and alongside Paul, I was able to make that dream come true.”
The couple has spent 10 years finding, renovating, and reselling homes throughout Brevard County.
In addition to her experience in home renovation and real estate, Heather has worked for many years in the legal field. She was a paralegal for 19 years before becoming an office manager at a local law firm.
Throughout her years in real estate sales, Heather developed a reputation for exceptional listening skills, and matching each client with their perfect home.
“I am most proud of helping people find happiness,” Heather said. “Buying or selling a home is a huge decision and I find it very rewarding that people place their trust in me. I am so excited for each client when they find their perfect home. I love real estate because it gives me the ability to help people. I do whatever I can to earn every client’s trust, and go the extra mile before, during, and after the sale.”
Heather knew she loved real estate so much that she wanted to do more of it. She obtained her broker’s license in 2024 and began looking for a franchise that fit her sales style.
“Paul’s best friend owns a NextHome brokerage in Hawaii,” Heather recalled. “After hearing all the great things he had to say, I started reading and researching. The whole brand and everything that the company stands for was just so appealing to me. Between the fun dog mascot, the great broker support, and the creative marketing, NextHome just felt right. I went with my gut and said, this is it. And I am so happy I did.”
Today, NextHome Sunrise Realty is an unparalleled resource for local area knowledge and a place where clients can feel completely comfortable throughout their entire home buying or selling process.
“I work hard to be the type of person that people feel comfortable asking questions,” Heather said. “I want to help people through their questions, and assure them that I always have their best interests at heart.”
Heather is looking forward to using NextHome’s tools, technology, and marketing to create experiences that clients enjoy talking about.
“I will do everything I can to make sure they are happy with the process and the result, whether that’s buying or selling,” Heather said. “Real estate is really rewarding.”
Heather’s commitment to her hometown is evident in her volunteer work. She is a proud supporter of The No Bad Days Foundation, a non-profit that supports children in Brevard County who have medical disabilities, but are unable to acquire life-enhancing medical devices and other necessities because insurance denies their claims.
Heather and Paul have been married for 24 years and are the proud parents of one daughter, who is in the process of obtaining her real estate license. When the family is together, they enjoy going to concerts and camping.
