Jayne Hilburn-Mendoza and Mary Ellen Fletcher own both NextHome NTX Luxe Living offices. These sisters offer unparalleled real estate expertise fueled by their shared passion for helping families achieve the dream of homeownership.
Conveniently located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, NextHome NTX Luxe Living provides real estate expertise for anyone in the Dallas, Tarrant, and surrounding counties. These Bi-lingual Brokerages specialize in lakefront, new construction, luxury, first-time homebuyers, and all other types of residential which include commercial real estate.
Under Mary Ellen’s leadership, the Carrollton office will serve clients throughout Frisco, The Colony, Prosper, Celina, McKinney, Plano, Dallas, Allen, Southlake, Colleyville, Trophy Club, Carrollton, and Farmers Branch, plus surrounding areas.
Jayne leads the Cedar Hill office as it serves clients throughout Irving, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Midlothian, Mansfield, Ovilla, Waxahachie, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, DeSoto, Dallas, and Fort Worth in addition to the remainder of Johnson, Ellis, Parke, Rockall and Tarrant counties.

Growing up in West Texas, Jayne and Mary Ellen developed a shared talent for helping others. Following a career in the medical field, Mary Ellen obtained her real estate license. For more than 15 years, she has been building a remarkable career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
“Mary Ellen is very caring, giving, and knowledgeable,” Jayne said. “She will hold every client’s hand through the process and explain everything that’s happening while it’s happening.”
Jayne became a mortgage broker after building a bookkeeping business in high school. Since 1994, she has been immersed in Texas Real Estate.
Jayne’s passion for helping people achieve homeownership came from her own experience buying a home as a single mom when she moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
“The most rewarding part of my career has been helping people make the impossible possible,” Jayne said. “One of my passions is to be able to help single mothers, educate them on how to purchase a home, how to create generational wealth by having a home, and teaching them about credit and the lending process.”
Jayne has worked with various independent and franchised firms throughout the years, giving her a well-rounded understanding of her market. Throughout a long career, Jayne has been able to help generations of families find their homes.
Jayne’s talent for real estate eventually attracted offers for brokerage ownership and leadership, but she knew she wanted to offer a greater legacy.
“I wanted to be more than someone’s associate,” Jayne said. “I wanted to be able to not just help families, but also educate new realtors and help them get to the next level. I went out on my own and then I found NextHome to add additional value.”
The franchise aligned beautifully with everything Jayne and Mary Ellen wanted.

Jayne’s passion for supporting single mothers extends to her volunteer work with Attitudes & Attire, a nonprofit focused on empowering women to achieve self-sufficiency. Additionally, she serves as a trustee for the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC), further demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact.
Jayne is happily married to her best friend, Anthony. As a proud mother of one son, she now enjoys a loving blended family with two more boys, one girl, and eight wonderful grandchildren.
