NextHome Southern Living is owned by Theresa Iles, a top producing agent who serves buyers and sellers with unparalleled knowledge and a talent for excellent communication. Lupe Sandoval is NextHome Southern Living’s Vice President of Brokerage Operations.
“I’ve loved houses since I was a little girl, and real estate has always fascinated me,” Theresa said. “Every home has a unique story, and it’s a privilege to walk through those homes and help clients make important decisions that will shape their future.”
For the past 22 years, Theresa has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She offers unique expertise in contract review. Theresa also has a talent for open, honest, and efficient communication with each client.
Theresa’s real estate career began in Las Vegas in new home construction. In her first couple years, Theresa sold an astonishing 20o homes. When she moved back to Georgia almost 20 years ago, Theresa became a contract compliance officer for a nationally-franchised brokerage. She has since worked tirelessly to become a leading expert on contracts.
“Keeping our buyers and sellers safe really comes down to making sure contracts are filled out correctly,” Theresa said. “I’ve learned just how important those little details are. What might seem like a small oversight can actually cost you the deal or even lead to legal problems. I’m really proud of making sure our clients are fully protected every step of the way.”
In 2021, Theresa and Lupe founded their own independent brokerage, Vintia Realty. As the brokerage continued to grow, they started thinking about the next step. Theresa wanted to elevate the technology she could offer her agents and clients, while also keeping the personalized feel of a boutique brokerage.
That’s when she discovered NextHome.
