NextHome Legacy Real Estate has launched offices in Bethlehem and Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Each brokerage offers a team of experienced, local agents who are immersed in the community, and can navigate any complex real estate journey with ease.
NextHome Legacy Real Estate is owned by the husband-and-wife team of Noelle Seaton and Benjamin Hartman. Under Noelle’s steady guidance, NextHome Legacy Real Estate provides expertise in residential and commercial real estate, including investment properties, senior residential relocation, negotiation, and more.
NextHome Legacy Real Estate’s expert agents serve clients throughout Easton, Bethlehem, Allentown, Wyomissing, and the surrounding Reading areas in addition to the remainder of Northampton, Lehigh, Berks, and Montgomery counties.
“These parts of PA have my heart,” Noelle said. “My family is in Wyomissing, and there is so much art, history, and culture to enjoy here. I love helping clients learn about the area and what buying or selling a home here can mean for them.”
Noelle spent more than 15 years in corporate marketing and training before becoming a real estate sales professional. Noelle held various roles with Richard Branson’s Virgin America brand including executive assistant to the chief financial officer before being promoted to a national accounts manager, and national training manager.
In 2012, Noelle obtained her real estate license. Helping people buy and sell real estate quickly became more than just a job – it was her passion.
“I genuinely care about people,” Noelle said. “I love the opportunity to help others turn dreams into homes.”
Noelle’s unshakable dedication to her clients and love for real estate propelled her to the top tiers of her profession. In her first year in business, Noelle was named Rookie of the Year and Top New Agent for her region. As her reputation for excellence grew, Noelle was also recognized as a member of the Directors Club and the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Since then, Noelle has received numerous awards for Top Converting Agent, Quickest To Hit 100% Commission, and has remained a multi-million dollar agent year after year.
Noelle has managed some of her region’s most successful offices, and has worked with both franchised and independent brokerages. In addition to her active real estate business, Noelle works as a strategic coach for NextHome agents, assisting them in achieving their real estate and life goals.
In 2022, Noelle obtained her broker’s license and began pursuing her dream of opening her own franchised brokerage.
Noelle soon opened an office in Bethlehem, and she expanded into Wyomissing in 2024.
The Wyomissing office is located at 4 Park Plaza Suite 200 and is steeped in mid-century charm.
“Bordering the trendy West Reading area, this beautiful office provides an open-concept space where agents can collaborate and clients can feel welcomed and at home,” Noelle said. “We can’t wait to show clients the difference NextHome can make in their buying or selling experience.”
Noelle knew that she wanted to build a multi-office legacy with NextHome.

In 2018, Noelle met her greatest cheerleader and supporter, Ben. The couple were married in 2021. Together they are building a brokerage that will leave a legacy for their four children: Tyler (18), Alexis (17), Ava (15), and Nyna (13).
